Coping Skills for Men OR Coping Skills for Women
Class runs for 2 days OR 5 evening sessions
The last few years have been stressful for our communities and many of us are having some struggles
dealing with anger and frustrations.
This program is designed to give you some new tools to help you deal with all the stress.
Money Matters & Budgeting
Class runs for 1 day or 3 evening sessions
In this course we will cover: Budgeting; Spending Plans; Banking Basics;
Borrowing Money; How to Save; Budgeting
Class 7 - Learners Permit
Class runs for 2 days or 4 evening sessions
This program will help get you ready to take the written test at Alberta Registries
We go through the learner's manual and have mini tests after each unit.
We will also have practice tests on the last evening
Writing Our Own Stories
Our stories and those of our elders are a way to preserve our history to our children.
This is also a way to acknowledge our past.
Intro to Computers
Class runs for 2 days or 4 evening sessions
In this class you will learn the basics to use a computer.
You will learn about Microsoft Word, email, internet and social media
UP Skills
Class runs for 3 days or 6 evening sessions
This course covers soft skills for employment, such as - time management, stress management,
problem solving, communication, reading, writing, confidence
